Mission Statement
Our urgent care is design to be your urgent care. I know I won’t be able to
see everyone personally. However, I do expect the same love, compassion, and care I give my patients to be transferred to you as if, I was seeing you myself. The goal is to give you the same love as you would receive at your own primary care doctor’s office.
We want you to receive a warm pleasant feeling when you are being treated by one of our dedicated and friendly staff members.

About Dusk To Dawn Urgent Care
The gradual decline of Emergency Care in Los Angeles County has greatly contributed to my ongoing efforts to better serve the community. I have worked in several Emergency Departments throughout Los Angeles County and have observed the long waiting periods. I believed that I can better serve patients with less severe illnesses or injuries in a faster time frame, which became my inspiration to start Dusk to Dawn Urgent Care. My goal is to provide fast, efficient and effective care to patients. We will provide medical records for our patients to take to their primary care physicians.

Dr. Eugene Allen
Hello! I am Dr. Eugene Allen, a native of Cleveland, Mississippi. Being a child of the Deep South, my experiences have taught me to be humble and thankful. Medicine gives me a chance to make a difference in the lives of others.
I received my first Bachelors of Science Degree from Delta State University, graduating with a Major in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. Additionally, I received a second Bachelors Degree in Education, with a certification to teach Biology and Chemistry where I taught Biology and Chemistry at Clarksdale High School. I continued to strive in education and received a third Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Therapy at the University of South Alabama. I worked as a Respiratory Therapist for one year prior to attending West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. After receiving my Medical Degree, I completed my training at Martin Luther King Hospital in the field of Emergency Medicine.
