4. add a lemon for freshness to your garbage disposal; It is true that a lemon

smell crisp and fresh. It is also true that a lemon or just the peels may actually clog your drain while offering a fresh aroma.

5. Your plumbing fixtures do not need maintaining; this is false because if left unattended it can cost large amounts of money in your future. Tree roots have been known to reek havoc in a plumbing system, pipes can get obstructed by various clogs. Preventative care and maintenance is beneficial and saves money.
